When you go to a doctor you are always going to appreciate that doctor that can diagnose what you have fairly quickly, get you the medicine that you need and have you on your way. That is exactly what we are going to be looking to be able to provide in our troubleshooting services. We want to come in and find the problem quickly. Of course, that is easier said than done. We Are Going To Have To Open Up

This is not something that you want to hear at the doctor's office. With us, when we say we have to go get the shovels people to cringe. For good reason, it is a bit heartbreaking when we have to dig into a well-kept lawn. It is for the greater good though, if that helps! A lot of people think that by not calling us for maintenance they are going to be able to avoid these situations. We want to let you in on a little secret. We can actually monitor your system from the ground level. It is only if we really find a potential major issue that we are going to be digging in.

My System Is A Bit Old

Obviously technology has advanced a lot in the last couple of years. We have been able to see those advances in all sorts of fields. A lot of the way that sprinkler systems work is pretty much the same as they did decades and decades ago. So, even some of the older systems in homes and in other areas can give readings from the surface that we are going to be able to interpret. Like a doctor, we are going to make a diagnosis based on those readings.

Most Issues Are System Failures

When you have a problem with your sprinkler system you should not panic and think that we are going to be busting out the shovel. Most of the issues that we are going to be troubleshooting are just system failures on the programming end of things. A lot of the newer systems are more user-friendly. In the old days though trying to readjust your timmer could lead to a major issue. Even in these cases though the problem that we are going to be fixing is no big deal!  

Can I Get Help Over The Phone?

We are going, to be honest with you. If you are a recurring client and you have one of our systems we are probably going to be able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If that does not work then we will obviously come over. If you are not one of our clients or have one of our systems we would be more than happy to help, but help over the phone is not likely. Since we don’t know what type of system you have installed.
